Financial advice
Combination "cheap and customer oriented"
A short story of how it all began: as a co-author, I have
written a number of books relating to money and financial
advice. What is more, I have accompanied Bernd W. Kloeckner as
an assistant to some of the most successful and well-known
seminars and trainings in four different countries. As a
consequence, I am now looking to apply this knowledge when
advising financial customers. Having begun as a student of
business administration back in 2004, I went on to work in a
"hardcore selling" financial advising company called AWD for 6
months. It did not take me long to realise that such a
position was not directly in line with my university course,
and this lead me to seek different opportunities to use my
knowledge of finance elsewhere. Consequentially, I asked my
financial adviser Mr.
Sabel with the company Fintax
if I could instead work for him, and I have since been
successfully advising his Germany-based customers that seek
help in financial planning.
I am of the opinion that at least three parts of insurance and
investments in Germany are required.
They are:
- Liability insurance
- Separate disability insurance

More than 10 percent of the salary invested in pensions
[note that how much you need, will depend upon the
inflation-adjusted pension, which I am able to calculate for
you]

For every situation, and for each individual person
different products may prove more interesting. This is
advice for individual needs!
It is in
this capacity that I am here
to advise: The majority of customers have signed an insurance or
investment contract, etc. but they will only know the amount they
will receive at a later stage. So, how much can they instead receive
by paying a monthly pension? And how much is this amount worth after
inflation? These are the queries I am here to assist you with;
regarding how much you have exactly to invest for your
wish-to-have-pension. It is exactly for this reason that I have
written the
books

Of course, you are welcome to sign up for more insurance and
investment plans if you like. If you say: "I have all insurances I
need" – then why not perhaps see if it can be done at a cheaper
rate?! A free insurance check just might save you a lot of money!
Today, Germany faces many disadvantages:

Most financial advisers will only offer you product-based
advice.

You will only receive products and a fixed-rate future sum
of money – which doesn’t take inflation rates or your future
pension requirements into account.

You will only receive one insurance, from a dependent
adviser. You therefore do not exercise the right to choose
between other insurances on the market, which may prove to
be cheaper or better suited to your needs

I am independent financial adviser, and have been for several
years. In working alongside

planning (although I mostly calculate that for myself); for
finding the right products; and for being at hand to answer
any particularly insurance and finance-related issues. I stand
for the sentence: "Don't sign any contract, that your
financial adviser also wouldn’t!"
